Admin Officer

Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or other related courses
Must have at least 2 years of work experience in the related field
Experience processing import/export documents and BOC transactions
PEZA background and experience is an advantage
Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
Must have good communication skills
Willing to work in Makati
Can start ASAP

Handle the daily shipping and inventory control tasks while working with the company’s shipping sub-contractor
Place product purchase orders every day to meet the projected needs of sales and to maintain warehouse stock
Confirm purchase detail list and air shipping dates provided
Monitoring of incoming and outgoing deliveries/shipments
Monitoring stock (units) availability in warehouse for proper stock management.
Receive/acknowledge & coordinate unit orders for customer
Files permits and clearances to government agencies
Prepare sales invoice, delivery order, shipping instruction, goods received note, supplier invoice, estimated cost, and billing
Processes renewal of Client Profile Registration System (CPRS) in BOC
