Passenger’s Terms and Conditions

  1. This booking is not yet Confirmed
  2. Keep ticket copy for validation either printed or e-ticket.
  3. One (1) Valid ID (government issued) must be presented during ticket validation.
  4. Ticket valid only on the date stated.
  5. Passenger must be at Port one (1) hour before departure for short-distances travel and four (4) hours for long-hauled travel.
  6. Re-booking and re-validation must be made 12 hours before departure. Ticket not used on the date stated or not re-validated or re-booked on the time specified is considered used and non-refundable.
  7. Refund subject to MARINA MC 2018-07. Refund is allowed if the fault is attributable to the carrier, however ticket can’t be refunded on the holder’s fault.
  8. Ticket is non-transferable.
  9. The Carrier shall not be responsible for the subsistence of the passenger for the loss of time etc., due to delays or cancellation of trips caused by fortuitous events or force majeure with no fault of the carrier or the owner.
  10. Passengers are required to comply with on-board rules and regulations, health and safety protocols.
  11. Carrier is not responsible for the loss or damage to baggage whatever caused.
  12. The Carrier has the right to decline entry of passengers if the latter is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or has rude behavior towards other passengers, staff or crew.
  13. All claims for damages, injuries and death and other liabilities must be filed 30 days from the day the passenger landed on their destination,court of jurisdiction for suits will be in Batangas City.
Rolling Vehicles Terms and Conditions

  1. Keep rolling vehicle ticket (RVT) copy for validation either printed or e-ticket.
  2. Copy of OR and CR must be presented during validation.
  3. Drivers must have valid driver’s licence.
  4. Rolling Vehicle Ticket valid only on the date stated.
  5. Vehicle must be at Port one (1) hour before departure for short-distances travel and five (5) hours for long-hauled travel. During peak season, vehicle is encouraged to arrive earlier than the time specified.
  6. All vehicles must also comply with the Authorities rules and regulations. (PPA and PCG).
  7. The Carrier is not responsible for the delays caused by queuing outside the Port area whether it is fault of the driver or imposed by competent Authorities.
  8. Re-booking and re-validation must be made 12 hours before departure. Rolling Vehicle Ticket not used on the date stated or not re-validated or re-booked on the time specified is considered used and non-refundable.
  9. Refund subject to MARINA MC 2018-07. Refund is allowed if the fault is attributable to the carrier, however ticket can’t be refunded on the holder’s fault.
  10. RVT is non-transferable.
  11. The Carrier shall not be responsible for the subsistence of the passenger for the loss of time etc., due to delays or cancellation of trips caused by fortuitous events or force majeure with no fault of the carrier or the owner.
  12. Carrier is not responsible for the loss or damage to vehicles whatever caused.
  13. The Carrier has the right to decline entry of passengers/drivers if the latter is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or has rude behavior towards other passengers, staff or crew.
  14. If value of rolling vehicle is not declared, carriers’ maximum liability for total loss and or damage to vehicle cargo attributable to fault of the Carrier during ferry transit is P10, 000.00. Carrier is not liable for vehicle cargo damage due to negligence of the shipper.
  15. All claims for damages, injuries and death and other liabilities must be filed 30 days from the day the passenger landed on their destination, court of jurisdiction for suits will be in Batangas City.
